We are seeking Contract Attorneys with corporate and transactional experience to support multiple Atlanta clients experiencing expanded deal flow and rising regulatory demands. Projects range from commercial contracts to M&A support.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Support transactional due diligence
• Review regulatory compliance documentation
• Assist in corporate governance and contract lifecycle management

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar (any state; GA preferred)
• 2-7 years corporate/transactional experience
• Strong contract drafting background
